The
Center for Inclusive Design and Environmental Access (IDEA), a globally recognized center of excellence for inclusive design, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a
Senior Research Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical experience and creative skills, with an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Job duties will include:
- Conducting on-site audits and evaluations of public buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with accessibility code requirements
- Completing plan reviews of selected projects and drafting reports
- Developing marketing and promotional materials
- Disseminating the IDEA Center’s work through public presentations, online and in-person training, and guest lectures
- Participating in research projects (i.e., methodology development, participant recruitment, data collection, etc.)
