Incumbent will be an employee of The Research Foundation of SUNY in a grant-supported position. Incumbent will be assigned to the UB Parent Teen Talk Project, under the supervision of Dr. Craig Colder, Principal Investigator, and Dawn Keough, Project Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented, well organized and with good technical skills. Incumbent should be comfortable working with Excel and Word or more general spreadsheets and word processing.

Incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Learning Continuous Assessment of Interpersonal Dynamics (CAID) Coding system
  • Coding parent-adolescent video sessions
  • Training coders in the CAID coding system
  • Running weekly coder meetings.
  • Managing and assigning coders to code videos
  • Work closely with graduate student research assistant to assess inter-rater reliability
  • Miscellaneous office duties
  • Maintaining database
