The GSBS Dean’s Office is the primary leader and administrative office for all GSBS programs. We provide academic, student and faculty support to ensure a well-run and efficient academic experience for all students.
Under limited supervision, the Program Coordinator performs a variety of complex and diverse duties for specific GSBS program and serves as a source of information and problem solving for students, faculty, staff and other constituents. S/he will provide general guidance and explanation of program policies and procedures and may communicate on behalf of the Program Director(s) and the GSBS Dean’s Office to explain or disseminate information. S/he will coordinate program projects, events and classes which may entail assisting with development of materials and brochures, updating web information, scheduling rooms and Zoom setup, travel and arrangements for speakers and monitors budgets. The Program Coordinator will also provide administrative support such as organizing files, meeting minutes and meeting coordination.
