Position Summary
As a Unit Human Resources Officer, you will ensure the HR departmental operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the departments you support within our organization.

Tasks you can expect during your day include:
Support for recruitment activities
Provide direction to Directors and Supervisors on personnel timelines
Collect data and process personnel transactions
Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, union agreements, SUNY policy, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you will need a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in human resource administration.

A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
