A Research Technician I position will be available at the Department of Oral Biology, School of Dental Medicine, UB. The laboratory conducts research in the areas of inflammation related to periodontal disease.

Position duties will include:
  • Maintain animal (mouse) colony: including breeding, genotyping;
  • Sampling of specimens;
  • Preparing specimens for histology;
  • Histological and molecular (mRNA and protein expression) analyses;
  • Microscopic recording (imaging)
