The Office of Financial Aid is looking for multiple Financial Aid Assistants to assist in the daily operation of the Office of Financial Aid.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Research, investigate and collaborate with Financial Aid Advisors to resolve student financial aid issues.
Advise students and parents regarding the management of the student’s personal finances.
Analyze and interpret policies and procedures in order to establish eligibility for aid and make financial aid decisions based on information reported on the aid application.
Provide direct assistance to the Director of Financial Aid including, but not limited to: budgets, reports, event planning, facilities, personnel, and day-to-day departmental operations. .
Provide high level service to students and customers including the management of sensitive admissions and student services concerns, communication and inquiries.
Participate in financial aid and enrollment events, including night and weekend events.
