The Human Resources Department at the University at Buffalo is seeking a Payroll Administrative Specialist. The successful candidate will be employed directly by The Research Foundation for SUNY.

As a Payroll Administrative Specialist, you will:
  • Collaborate with a team to both provide guidance to departments and employees.
  • Using various systems, respond timely and appropriately to assorted requests for information or assistance to include employment verifications, appointment information, transaction processing, etc.
  • Review/process/audit complex Research Foundation Payroll transactions.
  • Be responsible for various other related duties and administrative project work as assigned.
